Description
As an essential member of this Clinical Applications Team, you will provide support to the Clinical Account Managers with clinical instrument training, installation and demonstrations. Also, you will develop GMP compliant cell and gene therapy processes using the company’s Instruments and reagents. Covering London, you’ll develop relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in academia, biotech, CROs / CMOs and pharmaceutical companies.
 
Core responsibilities as Clinical Applications Specialist – Cellular Immunotherapy – London
  • Offering product expertise, application knowledge and technical support to customers across London and the Southeast
  • Preparing and conducting presentations, demonstrations and training to the customers and to Clinical Account Managers
  • Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Support team on different accounts, supporting the sales force in existing applications and implementation of products
  • Providing feedback internally on market requirements
  • Participating in launching new products
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences

REQUIREMENTS
In order to apply you should meet all or most of the following criteria:
  • Degree in Life Sciences (BSc or higher); a Ph.D. is a plus
  • Strong background in immunology / haematology; preferably laboratory experience in regenerative medicine, and cellular therapy
  • Cell handling/cell culture experience is vital and GMP knowledge is desirable
  • Affinity for programming or basic programming skills in Matlab/FPS/Basic
  • A good working knowledge of flow cytometry is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
